This story writing game helps students learn to create the right atmosphere for the topic they plan to write about. Students will need to choose the most appropriate words to fit the theme of the story. This story is partially written, an so it is up to the student to fill in the blanks to write in a way that makes the most sense. Each blank has about six words to choose from, so this is really good way to build vocabulary as well. But most of all students will understand that changing just a few words, can change the entire setting and mood of a story.
